As Chief Executive Officer of PPHI Balochistan, it is my honor to lead an organization that stands at the frontline of primary healthcare delivery across the province. Balochistan’s unique geography, diverse communities, and vast rural landscape present both challenges and immense opportunities. Our mission is clear: to ensure accessible, equitable, and quality primary healthcare for every individual, especially those living in remote and underserved areas.PPHI Balochistan is undergoing a comprehensive transformation—focused on strengthening service delivery, enhancing transparency, and institutionalizing modern governance practices. We are prioritizing digitalization, evidence-based planning, ERP-driven procurement reforms, HR capacity building, maternal and child health services, and community engagement. Our goal is to make every health facility functional, responsive, and accountable.We are introducing innovative models such as telemedicine, nutrition support, mental health integration, and community-based workforce development to bridge critical gaps. Collaboration with the Government of Balochistan, development partners, and local communities remains central to our approach, ensuring sustainability and shared ownership.I firmly believe that meaningful reform is possible when integrity, professionalism, and compassion guide our actions. With the dedication of our teams across all districts, I am confident that PPHI Balochistan will continue to evolve as a model institution—delivering hope, dignity, and quality healthcare to the people of this province.Together, we will serve, reform, and transform.
